City of Seattle

For more than a decade, Redtech has provided ongoing staff augmentation and technical expertise to multiple City of Seattle departments, including SDOT, FAS, and Seattle Municipal Courts.

Our largest engagement, the SDOT Permitting Upgrade Project, showcased our breadth of capabilities—supplying Business Analysts, Business Systems Analysts, Technical Writers, Trainers, Developers, and Testers to modernize critical permitting systems. We are proud of our long-standing partnership and continued contribution to the City's digital transformation initiatives.

Seattle Public Schools

Redtech has proudly supported Seattle Public Schools (SPS) for over ten years, providing experienced professionals across a range of IT and business roles.

Our team was instrumental in the original development and deployment of the Student Assignment System, which assigns students to schools based on proximity. We continue to support SPS with Business Analysis and Development resources for ongoing system enhancements—helping ensure technology continues to serve the needs of students and families across the district.

University of Washington IT

As part of the University of Washington's Financial Transformation Project, Redtech provided staff augmentation for UW IT teams focused on large-scale CRM system development and implementation.

Over the two-year engagement, our consultants—Business Analysts, Developers, Technical Writers, and Trainers—supported critical modernization efforts and helped drive successful outcomes for one of the state's most complex enterprise technology initiatives.
