Creative Project Manager

Redtech is helping our client with a Contractor search for a Creative Project Manager.

Location – Remote, supporting Pacific Time hours

Duration – through end of June 2022 + extensions

Creative Project Manager -  Supports the Paid Acquisition team to manage global LTV/CAC Direct Commercial campaigns.


  • Support fiscal year planning and quarterly briefing cycles.
  • Manages Measurement and Learning process in partnership with other GDC teams.
  • Lead the development of paid media creative briefs and ensure that marketing communications are of highest creative standards.
    • Conduct creative agency briefings, and oversee team interactions to ensure collaborative relationships with creative resources, both in-house and from agencies to optimize output.
    • Manage paid media creative schedules, all-up workback schedules, routing, and asset creation on a quarterly basis.
    • Management of all trafficking documents, and a quarterly asset delivery to the media agency for launch – MATH/RATHs.
    • Facilitate creative compliance reviews with internal stakeholders, brand, 3rd parties, and Legal/CELA.
    • One to one relationship with creative agency to drive strategy, and execution of world-class creative.
  • Partner with teams across the GDC to produce creative processes to drive efficiency, reduce internal churn, and promote agility.
  • Partnering with the localization team to translate assets across respective commercial campaigns.
    • Assets localized span multiple media platforms including SEM for up to 40 different countries/languages.
    • This includes scoping, asset handoff/handback, final QA and trafficking of assets to the media agency for launch.
  • Report insights that inform the broader strategy. This includes facilitating the compilation of MBR, QBR, EBR, Field QBR, and Creative Performance Reviews.
    • Manage all reporting timelines that delivers all stakeholders valuable results against primary KPIs that shapes the future vision of the GDC.
    • Creative Optimizations on a weekly basis.


  • Ability to manage stakeholders across the GDC.
  • Driving clarity and pushing back when appropriate.
  • Given all the quick moving pieces, need someone who is detail oriented and organized.
  • Communicates well - Ability to share consolidated performance to business stakeholders.
  • Project management skills to manage key projects, process, and timelines.
