Location – Remote for now due to Covid, but likely to return onsite at some point in Downtown Seattle in a hybrid model

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to help lead our efforts. As the Digital Advertising, Sr. Specialist, you will be hands-on managing daily operations of global digital advertising campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Paid Social and video. A fundamental component of this role is interfacing with creative and media agency teams to ensure campaigns meet creative objectives, KPI goals and launch on time. You love data and are comfortable analyzing and uncovering insights from a variety of data sources to drive new strategies.

Senior Digital Advertising Specialist will work with teams across the organization, with our office Seattle, WA, we’re looking for amazing humans across the country for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Manager, Digital Marketing to ensure timely and successful launch of global digital advertising campaigns across SEM, Display, Paid Social and Video
  • Assist in managing media and creative agency teams and providing direction on media strategy, media optimization, budget management, and creative approvals
  • Create, measure, report and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across channels, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); optimize key metrics
  • Liaise between creative agency and media team to ensure the appropriate creative assets are delivered for execution.
  • Participating in joint status calls with creative and media team – reviewing the full media plan and determining the best creative approach
  • Providing direction within trafficking sheets with respect to creative assignment and rotation
  • Before launch, reviewing creative links, social copy, etc. paying special attention to detail, product, price points and brand representation
  • Ensure media agency launches campaigns on time and provides screenshots
  • Leads the process for providing HTML files and creative assets to media agency
  • Assist in tracking monthly budgets by monitoring monthly agency spend, determining reallocations of funds and ensuring funds are spent in full
  • Collaborate with internal website team to ensure proper tagging is in place for digital ad tracking and that ads are driving to optimal landing page

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years managing digital campaigns with media agency experience preferred
  • Previous experience and deep understanding of major digital channels: programmatic, paid social and SEM; Google Ads experience a plus.
  • Possesses a clear handle on A/B testing and has experience running testing frameworks
  • Previous experience with third-party tracking, online analytics packages and working with online publishers
  • Familiarity with online pricing models and performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, Imps, CTR, etc.)
  • Excellent MS Excel abilities, including the ability to use formulas & pivot tables.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage internal and external partner relationships
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, analytical and eager to roll up their sleeves
  • Demonstrates data-analytics skills and an understanding of web-tracking principles
  • Experience managing a budget and forecasting
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and being persistent
  • Excellent positive and productive interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Highly motivated to continually learn, advancing skills and knowledge of digital advertising, cruise industry, and competitive trends
  • Preferred Adobe Analytics and/or Tableau experience
